Steve Schneider

I've known Jennifer for eleven years, having worked with her at Organic, Inc., and at Merkley + Partners. She is likely the best producer/project manager I've worked with in fourteen years as a web developer. She is consistently extremely well organized, excellent with members of project teams; with clients (when I've worked with her, her role has included significant client-facing responsibilities); and with her own direct reports. She anticipates problems rather than waiting to deal with them when they arise; she is unfailingly fair-minded; she never loses sight of the goal of producing high-quality work on time, on budget, and to spec.
