  I am Jennifer Simon, after finishing my MBA, I dreamt of playing an integral role in an organization's Business Development department. Fortunately, I got my big break in 2014 with an eCommerce firm called Virtina, and ever since then, I've been part of this organization.I started as a Business Development Executive and am currently a Business Manager. My focus has always been on understanding the fundamental drivers of Virtina; its customers, services, partners, the industry in general, and its competitors. Furthermore, gathering critical insights to make smart decisions for long-term business value. The idea has always been to build impactful strategies, tap business opportunities, invest in relationship management, expand reach, and fuel sales for its holistic growth. So far, I've been able to do just that in my time here at Virtina.
