I've had the opportunity to work with Jen as a part of my MBA team for 6 months as well as on a Case team representing Penn State at the Big 10 Case Competition. Jen is always a step ahead of the team and processes information very quickly to make rational decisions. She respects other team members' opinions and is not afraid to challenge them if the opinions do not seem well reasoned. Having said that, Jen acts in the best interest of the team is great in keeping the team moving forward. She is great at her time management skills and is very well organized in her work. and always encourages the team to be effective in group meetings & projects. Jennifer and I were partners at BNR Associates. She is well organized, hardworking and her attention to detail is a big asset. She created project plans as well as implemented them. Her character is equally as valuable as her skill set. She is intelligent, analytical, funny, honest and driven.
