While Jennifer was working on achieving her Master's Degree from NIU, she worked with me developing grant opportunities and conducting research to secure the significant funding needed to build two new children's residential group homes uniquely designed for children living with moderate to severe autism. Her work was stellar and when given a complex project, she was focused and able to deliver a quality product. She has great computer technical skills and is knowledgeable in social media and website work. Jennifer is a delight to work with and would be an asset to any organization with whom she is employed or gives her time to volunteer.
