Jennifer is the best example I know of a person who will get the job done right the first time and consistently within even the tight deadlines. She is one of the best organized people I know and seems to instinctively find ways to make things work better. Jennifer is highly creative, coming up with outside-the-box solutions to perplexing problems. Her fearlessly positive attitude makes her an asset to a team facing a challenging project. I have known Jennifer Hanson for over ten years, first as a student in the undergraduate theatre program at Oral Roberts University and later as a friend and working professional in the Tulsa area. I am very pleased to give Jennifer a strong recommendation, as I know her to be a positive, hard-working, and diligent student and leader. As faculty advisor for Alpha Psi Omega (APO), ORU Theatre's on-campus honorary dramatic society, I first had the opportunity to work with Jennifer while she served as the organization’s Secretary. I found her to be committed to serving others and an incredibly organized and resourceful individual as she found time to complete schoolwork, raise a family, and pursue her own interests. Jennifer has those traits one looks for in an employee— she meets deadlines, receives and implements direction well, is kind and well mannered, and sets a good example to those around her. While in a writing class I had offered, I remember Jennifer had met her deadlines and chose to help those around her reach theirs. Jennifer is the kind of individual that sets a standard of excellence for herself and is able to bring others along with her.

In my role as Factotum (consultant with varied responsibilities), I help streamline Mirabal's speaking business. As a support to her company, I provide outreach to clients, create marketing materials, return customer inquiries, manage her travel schedule, negotiate and maintain contracts, provide onsite support at conferences, oversee data, run social media and other marketing campaigns, perform tasks related to ghost writing, curated content, and slide presentation strategies. I am currently working on narration of Mirabal's new book, YOU ALREADY HAVE THE NO (available on Audible Spring 2020). Over 20 years’ experience working undercover to critique customer service and to report my findings to business owners. Locations have included: Casinos, luxury hotels, restaurants (fast food to fine dining), banks, attorneys, and medical facilities. Recently, the majority of my assignments, involve (non-undercover) FCRA inspections of businesses throughout Oklahoma, NE Arkansas, and Southern Kansas, property inspections, and completing I-9 verifications for those in non-traditional work settings. Occasionally, my role also includes helping sole proprietors set up their home offices, filing systems, accounting software, and scheduling. I also show existing businesses how to be more efficient in terms of resources, storage solutions, office layout, and filing systems. These are usually short term assignments, but very rewarding in terms of seeing the huge results small changes can bring. Show less

I enjoyed my time with Tulsa Chiropractic Associates as their Practice Representative. My duties included external marketing, conducting Lunch and Learns at local businesses, and participating in local area networking groups. The goal was to educate the public about the need and benefits of preventative chiropractic care and to bring new patients into the practice. While there, I also set up the Marketing Department from the ground up, developed the filing system, and designed multiple forms used in Marketing, Patient Care, and Insurance Processing.
