I have had the pleasure of working with and for Jennifer Macy. When I worked for her, it was very enjoyable. We set goals together and worked hard in reaching and exceeding those goals. She was clear and direct in her instruction, criticism, rewards, goals, and daily tasks. She made it exciting to begin the work day and gave you something to look forward to returning! Jennifer is an extremely hard working individual with a lot of passion. She cares about what she does and who it affects. She sees every project through to the end and completes each project successfully. She is definitely someone you would want on your team!

When I think of Jennifer, the phrase "nose to the grindstone" is what comes to mind. For a year and a half, Jennifer reported to me with her responsibilities at Carnegie Communications. Jennifer took a brand new role and made it hers. She made astounding inroads into the new vertical, closed business, and was a team player. One of the reasons she was so successful is because she put in time everyday hunting for new business, managing current business, and upselling. She put her head down and worked to reach her goals. She was always available for feedback, knew her accounts, and worked to insure everyone she worked with was successful.
