Jennifer is an employee you always feel lucky to have. She is very organized, disciplined, hard-working, and very good at taking a product idea or a concept and come up with a perfectly matching formulation. She has a proven track record as senior scientist of our personal care product development group: she has not only led the development of all our deodorants, but has also successfully improved our shampoo and body wash products. Under her leadership, the underarm category has grown from 5 MM to 26 MM in consumption sales. Jennifer has been a great person in many ways: her talent, dedication, in-depth knowledge and ability to solve problems have made her a wonderful partner at Toms of Maine. I can recommend her without hesitation for her knowledge of product formulation, chemistry and her passion for value-based products.

I have worked with Jen as a colleague for 11 years and she has regularly demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of natural ingredient sourcing and production and natural formulations. She also shared with our group consistent team building and relationship building skills and an ability to manage complicated projects from concept to launch , even under tight time lines. Jen is a pleasure to work with because of her positive and supportive attitude even under pressure. I have regularly asked for her advice because I greatly respect her opinion on quality and process issues as well as relationship bulding. Jen is an asset to any company because of her intelligence, work ethic, creativity, and team spirit.
