Jen is a rare talent that is perfectly capable of leading and effort, but can step back and be a part of the team when necessary. She constantly envisions the greater purpose of the end result and applies her applicable skills to best suit that goal. Jen has a tremendous personality that served her well with both her internal and external clients while at Validity. This trait will serve her quite well in the healthcare field. She exhibits a thirst for knowledge and will effectively determine the course of action to obtain new information. Jen was instrumental in the success of my company and I hated to lose her. Knowing that she left us to pursue a career in nursing made the loss easier (even though we haven't replaced her expertise and personality yet). I highly recommend Jen for any position she seeks.
