Jennifer Hood has worked in OTS Field Support since October 2008. Since that time she has been a very valuable member of our team. Her computer skills have been an asset and she has helped me on more than one occasion with Microsoft Office. If you have a new assignment for Jennifer you can give her quick directions and she is able to follow up and complete the project accurately and on-time. Eventhough, Jennifer was assigned to another division within Field Support she was always willing to help out with classroom technology when needed. She assisted in the Concierge Desk during the Phase I move-in in August 2009. She also helped set-up equipment in the computer labs and assisted with Quality Assurance checks before the University took possession of the Audio-Visual installation. Jennifer is always willing to pitch in and help in any capacity. During the summer of 2011 Jennifer worked long hours to get the classrooms ready for the beginning of the Fall 2011 semester. Jennifer is a knowledgeable, dependable individual and she will be missed. During my 40+ year career here at Towson I have worked with many student assistants and there have been only a few that I was sorry to see leave.
