Jennifer has always been a hard-worker. She was fairly new to the company when she came to my team, however she had the mindset of someone that had been with Verizon Wireless for years. She was very coachable and eager to learn. She assisted weaker co-workers with customer concerns and system issues, not because she had to, but because she wanted to. Jennifer always had excellent rapport with customers, she received several Kudos from customers that resided up and down the East Coast. Jennifer is always smiling and you can hear her smile over the phone. Her positive attitude is contagious amongst her peers. Jennifer also volunteered as a Team Lead to assist me with the Add A Line/Upgrade Project. Jennifer was responsible for motivating her peers, coming up with ideas to increase sales, and leading by example. With Jennifer's help we achieved Add A Line and Upgrade numbers that have never been reached at Verizon Wireless in Columbia, SC. Jennifer was rated as a LEADING performer while reporting to me. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and I hope that one day her and I will work together again!
