I worked with Jennifer Dube for nearly a year at Write on Fundraising in numerous capacities. Initially, we worked together in the same unit as contract grant writers and later shared similar duties as grant managers who were responsible for client onboarding units. Jennifer is a consummate professional and the "queen of process"--she intuitively knew how to streamline our workflow and developed several tools that significantly improved efficiency in the grant-seeking process. This was no small feat given that all employees and clients work together remotely. As a coworker, Jennifer was consistently reliable, creative, and positive. We could always count on her to complete applications and other tasks on time and with an exceptional level of quality. On numerous occasions, I observed her obtain funding as the lead grant writer for nonprofits that had struggled to get grant funding. Her diligence and expertise resulted in clients winning hundreds of thousands of dollars, and those resources were transformative for the organizations. On a personal level, Jennifer is an authentic, kind, and respectful woman who brings unity and encouragement to all who are privileged to work alongside her. She never fell prey to competitiveness but always demonstrated the value of collaboration through consistent support of her teammates. Even after nearly three decades in the professional world, I still learned so much from her during the nine months we worked together. Jennifer Dube is a quality human being and our world needs more like her, especially in business.

Jennifer is a brilliant strategist, a lean leader, and an outstanding development professional. Skilled in process improvement, Jennifer was a peer in Grant Services who streamlined onboarding and grant management procedures benefitting both her fellow staff members and the clients. She is also an excellent writer and an enthusiastic collaborating team member who is dedicated to providing "white glove" service for clients. I highly recommend Jennifer, she will excel in any position and will be a valuable member of any team.
