Michelle Jenkins, MBA

When Jennifer joined my team of Solutions Engineers, she already had experience on another similar team. But now she would be learning a new product. I was assigned to work with Jenn to help get her ready to demonstrate it. I cannot say enough about how quickly she was able to learn the system and make a positive impact for the sales teams she supported. During the process, I often would listen to her demonstrations to give feedback. Oftentimes, I found myself learning more from her style and knowledge than what the guidance I felt I could give. It truly was a "student becoming the master" situation. I know that Jennifer will be an asset to any company lucky enough to bring her on board!

Jenn supported my team of west coast Account Executives for two years at Blackbaud. There were several reasons why we did so well with Jenn as our technical solutions engineer. First and foremost Jenn is a trusted advisor...not just for our customers but also for our sales reps. She has an ability to combine years of experience in the sector with the customers needs to tell a story and prove it. She always remains calm under pressure and is someone who we regularly looked to for help. Sometimes that included fighting the LA traffic for a client meeting two hours away or waking up extremely early for an internal strategy call. Jenn is accountable, strategic and someone who I always trusted to be in front of our customers. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again.
