It is rare you find someone that combines results with a genuine caring about her customers to the extent that Jen does. I had the pleasure of working with Jen at Ricoh. She reported up to me in our Marketplace based out of Wayne, PA. Her position at the time was Account Manager focused primarily on the Healthcare vertical accounts in Greater Philadelphia. Her two biggest strengths in my experience are persistence and account management. She took pride in the fact that everyone at her customers' locations knew her name. I was particularly impressed by Jen’s ability to handle even the toughest clients. She refused to take no for an answer and was always looking for a way to win. Lastly, her professionalism came through in the preparation for and execution of customer presentations. She did an incredible job in that regard and coupled information delivery with genuine sales skills. I think the thing that impressed me most was her love of her customers, our offerings – even ones that she didn’t get paid on -, and our Company. I am confident that she can make any organization successful.
