Jennifer was a coworker and then my manager as I had worked with her for 11 years at HR Services and then Paychex. Jennifer is a competent, smart, hard worker who gets things done. I served various roles with and for Jennifer for a small up-and-coming Applicant Tracking company that eventually sold to a Fortune 500 company for multi-millions of dollars. Jennifer proved herself to be a quiet storm of a leader, well respected by her peers and coworkers. The company weathered many challenges over the time I worked with Jennifer, including a national economic downturn. Jennifer met each challenge with grace under pressure, never losing her smile and positive outlook. It cannot be overstated the instrumental role Jennifer played in the success of the company. Jennifer was part of a small initial team that served as the foundational spark of the company. Her work ethic, intelligent planning and execution was instrumental in propelling the company to its ultimate successful merger. Jennifer possesses the intangibles that are harder to define in a team member. Time and again she seemed to find a way to turn each challenge into an opportunity to improve the company and strengthen customer relationships thus making her an indispensable component to the success of the company. And if I may speak for all who have worked with Jennifer, she is a pleasure to work with. She raises the performance level of those around her by her example and leadership.
