Daily tasks involved website management where sticking points were logged by colleagues, high level root cause analysis, investigation, communication and engagement. Time spent with colleagues included coaching and educating on systems and processes. Within this position it was important to influence change and people to do the right thing with a positive impact on the business. Provided key assistance in the delivery of system change briefs.
