I was responsible for the strategic vision and implementation of Kripalu's Retreat & Renewal and Wellness programming. I was originally hired to revamp Kripalu's Retreat and Renewal program to make it more profitable and in line with our mission. I restructured the department, developed new programming and created a more comprehensive schedule. Under my leadership, R&R continued to grow in revenue and increase in quality ratings. It is one of Kripalu's most successful programs. In addition, I identified the opportunity to develop a unique line of health and wellness programs using Kripalu's seasoned staff and curriculum. this programming grew 38% in 2012.I collaborate with Marketing VP and creative team on marketing strategy and promotions, including catalogs, direct mail, website, social media, videos, collateral, competitive analysis, pricing and branding.Working with a team of integrative physicians, nutritionists, life coaches, and yoga teachers, I supervise curriculum development and implementation for integrative weight loss, chronic conditions, yoga, healthy aging, expressive writing and integrative nutrition. I was responsible for denting and develop ing strategic partnership in the wellness community.
