  -Designed a BalloonSat capable of reaching near space altitudes of approximately 30 km -Equipped the BalloonSat with GPS location devices, a data logger to capture the external temperature for the duration of the flight, and a camera to document launch and descent -Performed pre-flight landing site prediction with Balloon Track for Windows software -Completed pre-flight checklist including filing a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) -Successfully launched, tracked, and recovered BAMASAT 4 -Presented post-flight data, including earth horizon photographs, to local middle school classes to spark excitement and encourage interest in math, science, and space exploration
