On the Equities Desk, Jennifer wrote about corporate earnings statements, SEC filings and covered quarterly conference calls. She later joined the Wall Street Desk, writing about hot stocks of the day, a weekly column on the IPO market, and interviewing economists, traders and investors to write stories for very different audiences, both professionals at banking firms and newspaper readers. She worked closely and coordinated with journalists and editors in other countries, and in other markets like oil, currencies and the Treasury Desk. Jennifer wrote the daily stock market wrap and began reporting for Reuters television as well from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq. She covered the stock market's ascent during the tech boom, Fed policy, interviewed top figures in the financial world including stock-market analyst Abby Joseph Cohen of Goldman Sachs, Tyco's ex-CEO Dennis Kozlowski and Richard Grasso, the former head of the NYSE, the rise of technology and Internet companies and the intertwining of Chinese and American business interests. Jennifer's print stories have appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Financial Times of London, and many more. Show less
