I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer at Masco Cabinetry while she was in the role of Merchandising Project Manager. I relied on her heavily to organize, implement and communicate with our team of close to fifty sales reps throughout the country. She was integral in our new product roll-outs as well as changing out displays for our big box client. I recognized that Jennifer was incredibly detail oriented and could tactfully communicate to a sales team to get things accomplished, while not loosing sight of the big picture. She gets concepts quickly and can take it from there. I believe a company would be lucky to have Jennifer as part of their team.
Elizabeth (Beth) Griffin
Jen's the real deal. She's got the personality, the professionalism and the smarts to handle high pressure situations, make solid business decisions and lead a team to success. Jen has a great mix of creative and analytical-- she can be the creative vision behind a project, but also back it with good business sense. I miss working with someone of her caliber on a day to day basis.
