Jennifer recently supported me through a Certificate IV in Career Development. I found the qualification quite challenging and was close to throwing it in. Jennifer was able to empathise and provide real insight and the encouragement I needed. Her understanding and patience around the student experience, really inspired me and motivated me to keep pressing on. A highly professional, compassionate and skilled trainer.
Colleen Woods
I have known Jenn since 2014 and worked with her at two RTOs. I have found Jenn to be a very supportive Team Leader and Trainer with great insight for the needs of the team and individual students and adjusts her communication and delivery style to fully engage the team and students to increase participation in an online learning environment. Jen is flexible to the demands of an industry that is constantly changing, and which has high KPIs whilst maintaining her calm and supportive demeanour (for both students, staff and management). Combined with her knowledge and hard work and ensuring she maintains her industry and VET currency; it is a pleasure to work with a professional such as her.

Sep 2018 - May 2019
I worked as a Trainer for 4 weeks and was asked by the CEO to take on the Team Leader role after restructuring the business ready for ASQUA re-registration. During the 8 months, I was the Team Leader, I grew the training team by double, had all trainers meeting KPI's and students were being graded within two weeks. We set up Zoom training classrooms and rosters and had grown productivity by 67 %, using work from home as the basis for 'happy trainers' and growing productivity. The proudest part of my stay with FCC was when the training department passed the audit with flying colours. Show less
