Programs previously set-in place by management and customer contract negotiations were maintained in my department. Notations and payment updates as well as vendor reporting were merged into one process from all departments. I managed, reported and maintained annual and monthly analytics with bonus potential. If a customer or vendor payment was disputed, the department contacted would then pass the dispute to me. I would decide and document what was valid and update where necessary or dispute and enforce payment deadlines.

I managed up to 14 property remodels at a time. I trained new employees and contractors while planning work schedules. During my time with JCL I planned material purchases and coordinated payments from customers and returns. Kept a log of hours for each employee. I did walk-throughs with each customer after the project was finished to guarantee satisfaction and repeat business. I managed up to 14 property remodels at a time. I managed inventory and production schedules with partners in Taiwan, strategically stocked productsin warehouses across the U.S. I worked directly with Delta Airlines and MGM to build artwork andmaintain stocking levels for existing business and projected needs. I was able to reduce the turnaround time from 26 weeks to 12max on custom artwork and 8 to extended locations with existing customers. I rearranged the warehouse parameters to better support the measurements of customer logistics and in-turn support our bottom line and annual margins.

I purchased a range of products including Chemical, Canned and Dry, Frozen, Small wares & Equipment. I reduced supplier sku’s with product rationalizations which then increased profitability with buying multiples and warehouse turns. Altering item profiles to match seasonality or omit usage for one-time-buys was a part of day-to-day operations as well as helping fellow teammates with buying responsibilities. I assisted Category Managers with new RFP’s and item conversions while maintaining product availability for customer usage.

In addition to Enablemart I helped manage phone calls and inventory as well as returns and customer service for Construction Complete, another company under the MRN umbrella. I sold Scarifiers, Sump-pumps and many other products related to diamond blade technology. I adapted between companies online, on phone calls coming in and with returns processed via E-mail. I assisted 4 sales reps, 3 creative designers and 2 accountants. All of whom had work processed through me with great interpersonal skills as well as time-management and organizational abilities.
