Managed over a dozen survey research projects to measure member and provider satisfaction with the health plan. Consulted to internal and external clients on quality improvement and data management issues. Created analytic models to produce National Committee on Quality Assurance HEDIS clinical indicator reports, and evaluated the effectiveness of disease management programs for specific medical conditions. Presided on a statewide task force of health plans to improve service delivery to Medicaid members with severe disabilities and on an internal working group to create innovative solutions to address their needs.
