It's a rare privilege to manage someone who has it all. Jennifer is one of those people. Her poise, motivation, smarts, terrific attitude and innate ability to sell make her a quick stand-out in any group. What she doesn’t know she immediately studies and learns. When something doesn’t go her way, she jumps back in with gusto and a fresh, new approach the following day. Her personality and goodwill are infectious and she is an absolute joy to work with. I highly recommend Jennifer - her potential is limitless!

Jennifer was a superstar. She had great people skills that were further refined when she worked in sales but she also had the great analytical skills that were required to be in business development. It's important to note she was moved into business development without having an MBA--and at that time, the department was almost exclusively hiring MBAs.
