  I provided support to the marketing team by entering member data into a CRM database and conducted market research on members, top 100 members & non-members for later use. I used the market research findings to create an info-graphic and newsletter informing members of their current online and social media presence as well as provide them with social media tips to help members and/or non-members to better utilize their social media accounts to engage viewers. I inferred details of the “typical” member based on my research findings and used them to target the best strategy for engaging prospective members and existing members on HFA social pages. I created mock-ups of flyers and newsletters as well as monitored members' social media channels to track activity.
