Jennifer joined our team at CITGO when the Government and Public Affairs (GPA) office was at a crossroads. Our goal was to break some of the inefficient methods of communication and develop a more streamlined, clear and predictable means to reach our employees, community and stakeholders. This was a particularly difficult task, since the site never had a formal Communications Office and our employees did not necessarily use traditional forms of communication. Jennifer boldly stepped in and provided strategic advice and skilled expertise to advance our communications goals, and was willing to go beyond her job role to assist with other areas under the GPA scope of work. She brought new ideas to the team, including graphic design and textual standards to our publications, like the newsletter and email communications.
