Jennifer served as client and business manager for all of our ocean renewable energy programs for the Department of Energy, and renewables developer for the Army. Her efforts were directly responsible for growing both into multi-million dollar enterprises. Jennifer is highly motivated, articulate, knowledgable, well-connected, conscientious, and has a compelling vision for the future of renewable energy and local/regional economic development. I can highly recommend her for her job skills, her interpersonal skills, her knowledge and commitment, and her communications ability.

She brings her expertise to bear on a variety of fronts, ranging from high level policy matters to on the ground efforts to move a project forward. She is a pleasure to work with. She is highly professional, and yet extremely relaxed and pleasant.
