I feel fortunate to have worked with Jennifer Smith in her role as Alumni Engagement Coordinator at Royal Roads for the past 3 years. From the moment you meet Jennifer, you recognize her authenticity, care, and commitment. She is a bright light, who shares her light freely. What I also appreciated in working with Jennifer is her willingness to stretch and try new things. Jennifer Smith is someone who leads from the heart and connects easily to those around her. I have also sincerely appreciated her desire to make a difference in the work she is engaged in and with the people she is connected too. Jennifer has the skills to be a leader that inspires change rather than directing it, because she leads by example and isn't afraid of hard work. Jennifer would be an asset to any team lucky enough to have her as their teammate, leader, or friend.
