Nina Moreno

Jennifer was one of our most creative, organized and enthusiastic graduate teaching assistants in the Spanish Program. She was reliable, responsible, independent and a reliable team-player; as the rose through the ranks of TAs, Jennifer also acted as a leader and role model to the incoming TAs.

Petrina N.

Jenny worked directly for me as Manager, and subsequently as Director of Professional Development heading up a remote team of Subject Matter Experts who made significant contributions in the areas of sales, marketing, content creation, product implementation, and in-services. Jenny was responsible for the day to day management of that team including scheduling travel, managing workloads, recruiting and hiring. Jenny and her team contributed enormously to the success of the company, providing in-depth sales presentations, speaking at conferences, developing and writing content, as well as being the face of the company to customers. As such, they were highly respected both internally and externally, and Jenny was conscientious and dedicated in her role as team leader. During her tenure with EMC School, she took the time to spearhead initiatives to improve communication processes to ensure the voice of the customer was represented at all times, particularly in the area of product development. She stayed abreast of trends and best practices, and maintained relationships with peer experts. She project-managed complex and lengthy content projects, and collaborated with teams all across the organisation including at the executive level. She is highly adaptable, supportive and encouraging, and an effective team leader. She would be a great asset to any organization.
