  Completed as part of the industry placement module in semester 2 of 3rd year. Learned how to create personas and anti-personas based on data gained through customer profiling on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Created 3 personas and 2 anti-personas using hubspot and illustrated them using Procreate - digital drawing software on iPad. Carried out keyword research and drafted and managed two PPC campaigns on google ads. Brainstormed social media content ideas based off of the customer personas (interests & values), Spéire's tone of voice, trends and direct/indirect competitors and put them into a content calendar.   Identified an opportunity to set up an Art Society as there was none available on the Bishopstown Campus at the time. Visited different class groups and set up a table in the main corridor for signatures to validate sufficient interest in the new society idea. Set up an AGM on Zoom to elect a committee with an attendance of 10 individuals. Created a Discord server where members (27) can share their art and chat with each other.
