Jen takes on any challenge and provides solutions quickly and efficiently. She wants to make a difference for students, and there is no doubt in my mind that she has impacted more students than she knows. In addition, each year she led and coordinated the annual Fall Career week that included 60+ events with all IUPUI schools involved. As a supervisor of multiple teams, she was an role model for her staff, taking the time to build them as a team while also as individual professionals.
