I represented clients from the inception of suit through trial and arbitration, working closely with clients and insurance adjusters. I gained comprehensive experience conducting and preparing deponents for deposition, including expert witnesses. In addition, here I further developed my excellent research, writing, and client relation skills. I became adept at finding creative legal solutions to address client’s needs. My law and motion practice became more wide-ranging, particularly in the area of pre-trial and post arbitration arena. Of course, adding to this was the experience of a one week arbitration as second chair.
