      While teaching full time I've completed 500 hours of administrative intern work for Jordan High School and Bell View Elementary. Some intern responsibilities have included:•Conducting a data project for Jordan High School by collecting data on "Diggers" students. I’ve created Power Point Presentations for administration and for the School Community Council from data collected on the “Diggers” students to determine if our land grant money is being put to good use, or if these funds would be more effectively used in a different program. I have collected data on student absences and GPA for a land grant report and for School Community Council reports. •Conducting a “Student Levels” data project for Bell View Elementary. I created spreadsheets for all Bell View teachers from Guided Reading Levels data, CBM data from all AIMS WEB testing, CRT data and related COGNOS data. This data has been used by teachers in grouping students, to provide specialized instruction to students needing the extra help, and to assist teachers in determining where to adjust their instruction to assist students achieve higher proficiency rates.• Interviewing potential teachers.•Meeting with parents, teachers, students and the media concerning events and other issues.•Completing a curriculum audit for both Jordan High and Bell View Elementary in the four core subject areas to assess effectiveness of required core curriculum.•Meeting with teachers to discuss student issues, curriculum issues, parent concerns and other matters of concern.•Working with other administrators on various projects and issues.•Assisting with student discipline.•Organizing and running a school fundraiser at Bell View Elementary.•Writing the School News Letter at Bell View Elementary.• Assisting in all administrative duties.
