As a special education teacher, Jennifer was my supervisor for over two years. I am so glad I had someone like her as my leadership. I was new to the organization. During that time, I needed a mentor to guide me in the right direction. Jennifer not only pointed me in the right direction, but she taught me how to be informed of special education theories and practices. During this process, I saw the benefit in my classroom over the past years and in meetings. Jennifer is a person who believes in helping all children achieve their greatest strengths and ability. I have never seen a dedicated person in my past eight years as an educator closing the education gap for all children, but more specific special education students. Jennifer is a leader and embodies best practices to find answers and communicate with other leaders to empower the education system. I highly recommend Jennifer! She is the best! I wouldn't be where I am today without her leadership.
