The Director of Regional Equity (the “Director”) is responsible for leading Thunder Valley CDC’s work related to development and growth of community and community member equity throughout the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and region. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director in creating a strategy and an implementation plan for the programs needed to address issues of regional equity. The Director will build and maintain relationships with a variety of partners, both regionally and nationally, as well as promote the regional equity programs.
