Lucille Bonaventure

Jennifer has perhaps the most difficult job on the PEPFAR team as she is required to manage a drug commodities portfolio that supports all implementing agencies and the Ministry of Health system. Her vision, determination, excellent leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of commodities logistics and managment were key to a major turnaround in USG relations with Govt of Mozambique resulting in a partnership that will truly build capacity of the Ministy of Health in the long term and ensure drug commodity security for Mozambique.

Nancy Fitch

Jennifer is smart, hard working, experienced, excellent with languages, and an excellent independent worker.
