It's rare to report to someone who is both a a creative coach and a strong leader but that is exactly what I got with Jenn. I had the pleasure of reporting to Jenn for six years and under her guidance grew tremendously in my creative role while establishing advanced corporate strategic thinking. She is an expert in navigating the many ambiguities that occur within today's complex retail climate and finds innovative ways to lead a team of creatives towards the path of growth and results. Jenn is wildly creative and can juggle multiple projects within a short timeline. She will always pivot as needed to support business initiatives. She is an action based leader and ruthlessly prioritizes, encouraging her team to do the same. I was always very impressed with how supportive and thoughtful Jenn was in her guidance of my development, she really leads with her heart. She really humanized the corporate experience for me and modeled being oneself at work. Any creative would be lucky to have Jenn as a boss.
