  On-site manager of a 32 unit apartment complex. Responsible for achieving the financial and operational goals budgeted for the community. Process all rents, move-in's, move-out's, lease reviews, annual inspections, show vacant units to prospective residents. Daily data entry and accounting. Walk premises daily checking for needed repairs, maintain a clean and orderly property. Continuous contact with residents, coordinate maintenance repair work. Weekly bill coding, weekly and monthly reports, prepare incident reports, monthly Market Surveys, prepare and distribute all correspondence to residents. Manage Maintenance personnel on a daily basis. Supervision of contractors, vendors, janitorial services, painters, landscapers, obtaining bids, purchasing furniture and materials. Experience with construction / renovation of property (4 month project). Fully trained in MRI, Canopy, have past experience working in Yardi. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Zoom. Show less
