Jennifer is an exceptional leader that served as a strong mentor in my growth and development in the field of Human Resources. Her positive demeanor and accountability for Human Resources at the highest of levels enabled a high trust environment within the HR Team. She places strong emphasis on training/development, organizational, design, and her legal background has proven invaluable in relation to complex employee issues. I was very fortunate to work under such phenomenal leadership, and I know that Jennifer continues to propel her organization to the highest of heights. She is the type of leader that represents the true spirit behind the passion of leading a group of diverse people to desired business outcomes.

I had the extraordinary opportunity to work along side Jennifer Woodruff for four years at General Information Services. In addition to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, she pulled double duty as VP, Client Relations. It was in this role, I was able to personally experience her initiative, creativity in problem-solving and her commitment to building and maintaining client relationships while driving to establish consensus and excellence throughout the organization. While Jennifer grabbed every opportunity to affect positive change throughout the company, it was her invaluable leadership in Client Relations that helped us to understand what successful relations look like. Whether it was her guidance in adopting CS best practices, promoting continuous improvement, ensuring that we employ the right personnel, and/or technologies and processes reflected our company's standard of excellence, it all helped to pave the path to developing customer loyalty. She owned the entire client experience ensuring optimal business and that the team was delivering a positive experience for our customers. She was an effective leader and a major contributor to the department's success.
