  My role is to influence, encourage, grow, and set the example of the Document Management team who is responsible for securing the collateral of all loans originated by the bank and ensuring the collateral remains perfected and secure throughout the life of the loan. Our team is also responsible for internal final audit of all loans ensuring all documentation is obtained and accurate.
