Additional informal supports may also be provided on a needs basis. Liaising with other parties involved with trainees, including families, professionals, and external agencies, local and regional managers on new developments as appropriate. Engaging in crisis management, as required, in consultation with the Area Manager and Regional Psychologist. Making appropriate referrals to external counselling in consultation with the Rehabilitation Psychologist, as required.
