As Development Director I lead and manage diversified fundraising efforts, including major donor cultivation, grant writing, fundraising events and campaigns. This culminated in over one million dollars in programmatic/operational funds raised and over 2.6 million raised in Capital funds in 2015. I create and implement annual development and public relations plan and strategy, and make public and media appearances to promote the mission of the organization. I am part of the executive management team which includes creating and implementing a strategic vision for the organization, supervising employees, and being involved in the budgeting process.
