  In my role as one of the Senior designers for my team, I work to support my manager in the running of our team, helping to keep us on track for deadlines, as well as helping to support and assist teammates as and when needed. Training new teammates the style of some of magazine titles.   I am the editorial designer for the regional magazine, Let's Talk. I have also started writing a monthly film feature for the title. Working alongside one of my team leaders, Let's Talk has just launched it's new re-designed look. A cleaner, fresher style making navigation easier within the title and bringing the title's interior design up to a more modern standard.Previous titles I have designed whilst at Archant include; Your ChickensCountry SmallholdingBoth of these titles I re-designed in partnership with a teammate, once assigned to the title when I started with the company in 2014.
