  • Established the First Resource Navigator program for Passaic County, which encompassed referring individuals who are at risk of being evicted from their home to rental assistance programs while also creating referral sheets for social services programs to help meet their basic needs and prevent homelessness. • Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients’ immediate needs, to then provide service referrals as well as social and emotional support. • Positively impact over 100 individuals and counting by providing workshops on social services programs available to individuals without a status. • Facilitated 8 support groups that resulted in approximately 50 individuals registering for our 8-week support group sessions.
