  Principal and General Counsel Jennifer and her partner, Ray Lewis, founded Xanthus Sports in 2004 to teach professional athletes how to best capitalize on their access to the sports media. Jennifer has trained hundreds of NFL players and coaches, Olympic gold medalists, and myriad on-air personalities. Xanthus offers full-spectrum communications trainings and media representation. Prior to founding Xanthus Sports, Jennifer was a litigator in the Labor and Employment group at Gray Cary Ware and Freidenrich (now DLA Piper). After graduating with honors from UCLA, Jennifer earned her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law, cum laude, with a specialization certification in Sports Law. During law school, Jennifer interned with World Cup Soccer, and served as the judicial extern to the Honorable Steven R. Plotkin of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal in Louisiana. Jennifer was Editor-in-Chief of the Sports Lawyers Journal, and remains active in the Sports Lawyers Association.
