      Menard Adjusting was founded in 2015 by Jeremy Menard as a Florida based independent adjusting firm. I came on board in November 2016 as the Chief Business Officer. My focus will be business development, as well as operations. I'm currently working as an examiner handling claims for two carriers. I began my claims career in November 1999 with Safeco Insurance as a Casualty Adjuster, after separating from the U S Navy. After graduating from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Jeremy began his claims career as a field adjuster for Florida Farm Bureau Insurance in 2003. We have both handled claims as staff adjusters statewide in Florida, including CAT claims during the 2004, 2005, 2008 (Ike), 2016, and 2017 storms. We have remotely handled claims in Texas and Louisiana. Our current coverage area is every county in Florida. Our robust team of skilled adjusters will contact your policyholders immediately upon receipt of the new claim assignment. All claims are reviewed by Jeremy and me for accuracy and quality before being submitted to the carrier. For 2020, our focus will remain staying Florida based. Our focus is on a quality product, and maintaining the relationships we have built with our current carriers over the years. We specialize in Property and Casualty claims handling. Our team of adjusters handle daily assignments, appraisals, and mediations. No loss is too large or too small for our team of trained adjusters- including day-to-day claims handling for Casualty , Commercial, Residential Property, and General Liability. During our 20 years in this industry, we have developed relationships with top rated insurance carriers and are eager to serve them and their policyholders. Our motto is simple, we’re better.       In this new position I will continue to be responsible for directing Sales and Marketing efforts as well as customer relations and assisting in overall Operations of our company.
