Even after not working together for about 6 years, I would still rank Jennifer as one of the best supervisors I ever had. I value the fact that she was willing to trust the judgement of those she supervised. She was willing to rely on our expertise in our areas before making decisions. That kind of trust built in the office made for a strong team with solid morale. Her easygoing nature as a supervisor is something I continue to try and emulate in my own supervisory techniques.
