Jen is awesome! She's a top-notch senior recruiter with the ability to be successful with both tech and non-technical roles. Jen picked up recruiting for venture-backed startups and tech companies very quickly during her time at Comeet. One of the best things about Jen is that she excels with self-management, can handle anything thrown at her, and is able to help startups set-up their ATS and basic recruitment processes from scratch. She's worked directly with multiple CEO/Founders to do this. Another thing that's great about Jen is that even with a dedicated Sourcer helping her, she never stops her own direct sourcing for her requisitions. Jen works super hard and is always wanting more work. Jen had one of the best time-to-hires on our team and made many niche hires with customers.
