I could not value or have enjoyed my time reporting to Jen more. Jen, and her job-sharing partner, Kate Downing, offered me consistent support and direction, investing considerable energy into my growth. Reporting to two managers was completely seamless, and offered an incredible opportunity to learn from two experienced senior marketing managers within the one role. It was an absolute privilege to report to them both, and I will continue to look to them both for mentorship as I continue to grow in my Marketing career.

Working with Jen, and her job share partner Kate Downing, at James Hardie was a very rewarding experience. Jen and Kate are very knowledgeable and thorough with an incredible drive to deliver on projects and produce results. They are naturally collaborative and always keen to learn and problem solve cross functionally and although they are excellent leaders they are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the detail when required.
