This position has changed over time. When I started out I was the technical person in the areas of Raiser's Edge, Social Media, and a liason between Development and IT. I also worked with Development team on special events and projects.Although I still work with the team on special projects and at times interact with IT, the main responsibilities of this position have shifted to focus on RE database management, data reporting (via dashboards, reports, and excel workbooks), gift batch processing, thank you letter processing, mail / email list maintenance, and NetCommunity website content management. I was a jack of all trades. From financial tracking, accounts payable/receivable (including payroll), event planning, IT, and more - I was responsible or assisted with it all. I managed the updates of Policy & Procedures and Forms within the company. I created numerous fliers, brochures, and marketing materials. Worked closely with the VP to adopt a paperless documentation system and supported the field in adding new users among other tasks.
