I worked in Dr. Hamid Habibi's lab as an MSc student. I worked on seasonal changes in endocrine control of reproduction and growth of goldfish. During my research, I became familiar with fish husbandry, dissection, and blood sampling techniques. I'm well trained in RNA isolation, RT-qPCR, radio-immunoassay, ELISA, ddPCR techniques and protocols. I'm also well versed in data analysis using Excel, and Prism software.
